Job Summary
Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service, the full-time remote Account Advisor will support business development, achieve sales objectives, and manage customer accounts while working within a dynamic call center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently using the automotive components catalog
- Troubleshoot customer service issues, including returns and warranties, while promoting the use of the online system
- Solicit sales from dormant customers and assist Account Managers with daily correspondence and account management
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Extensive knowledge of factory European Electronic Parts Catalogs
- Background in auto parts distribution, particularly German and Swedish wholesale parts, is a significant plus
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize customer issues effectively
- Proficiency in PC-based communications and MS Office applications
