Account Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Analyst (Remote NC).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable functions including preparing purchase requisitions and communicating with vendors
• Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger account reconciliations
• Support audit preparation and maintain vendor information in accounting software

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with three years of accounting experience, or an Associate's Degree in accounting
• Experience in accounts payable and general ledger accounting
• Familiarity with accounting principles and general office procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to organize and manage a high volume of documents and workload
