Account Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Analyst III, Provider Data Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming support and enhancement request tickets and collaborate with product teams
• Facilitate meetings and create communications and reports for assigned tickets and products
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address customer operations and ensure timely resolution of issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a customer relationship management role, with 2 years in healthcare, payer, or provider relations
• Strong analysis and research skills, particularly in healthcare settings
• Detailed knowledge of product and project management lifecycles
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and relevant product knowledge
