Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Associate I to serve as a key point of contact for small and medium business customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound call requests and conduct proactive customer outreach to retain and grow the business
• Utilize sales tools and processes to ensure accurate documentation and effective customer interactions
• Collaborate within a team to achieve retention and acquisition goals while exploring mutually beneficial sales agreements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
• 1 year of experience in business-to-business account management, inside sales, or customer service with a sales component
