Job Summary

To elevate customer value realization, the full-time Account Associate will manage a diverse portfolio of Enterprise customers, focusing on contract management, retention strategies, and identifying expansion opportunities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver best-in-class Net Retention and Gross Retention rates through effective communication and risk mitigation
  • Understand and document customer business priorities to optimize the use of the Atlassian product suite
  • Accurately forecast renewal opportunities and collaborate with Sales Teams on account planning to drive business growth
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales with enterprise customers, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Consultative sales background with an emphasis on discovery and navigating complex business needs
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and grow accounts while managing competing priorities
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian product suite and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Interest in agile methodologies, project management, and IT service management
