Job Summary
Strategically leading ABM initiatives, the full-time Account-Based Marketing Manager will develop and execute personalized marketing programs for priority Public Sector accounts in AMER, focusing on senior government engagement and driving pipeline contributions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs tailored to Public Sector account clusters
- Architect and manage end-to-end delivery of ABM campaigns, ensuring alignment with agency priorities and compliance standards
- Define and monitor ABM metrics to optimize campaign performance and report insights to sales leadership
Required qualifications
- 5-6 years of B2B marketing experience, including 2 years in an ABM or strategic field marketing role
- Demonstrated success in developing ABM programs within the Public Sector
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance requirements
- Experience with ABM platforms and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce and Marketo
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and translate agency goals into targeted marketing strategies
