Job Summary

To drive targeted demand generation and accelerate commercial growth, the full-time remote Account-Based Marketing Specialist will develop and execute multi-channel campaigns focused on the Learning & Development industry while collaborating closely with Sales Leadership to enhance client engagement and pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute ABM and demand generation campaigns targeting the L&D industry
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Leadership to identify and prioritize target accounts and buyer personas
  • Measure campaign performance and optimize tactics to improve ROI and conversion rates
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, with at least 2 years focused on ABM or Field Marketing
  • Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing and/or demand generation
  • Strong understanding of B2B service company marketing strategies and buyer journeys
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Familiarity with the Learning & Development (L&D) industry is highly desirable
