Account Compliance Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Compliance Program Manager, Americas Account Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy to enhance the AML compliance framework in line with business and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify compliance risks and develop appropriate AML mitigations
• Oversee the implementation of AML-related technologies and manage AML-related projects, including resource planning and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, or risk/loss prevention
• Experience in establishing partnerships with internal and external teams for executing initiatives
• 4+ years of program or project management experience
• Combined 5+ years of KYC or AML-related experience
