Account Configuration Team Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Account Configuration Team Lead will manage customer account configuration, onboarding, and training activities while serving as a senior resource and escalation point for the Account Configuration Group.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, verify, and validate customer information for account setup and ensure seamless integrations
• Delegate and prioritize case work based on queue volume and customer urgency while monitoring case progression
• Conduct live training sessions and coach team members on best practices and process improvements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in account configuration, onboarding, or related fields
• Strong understanding of account configuration workflows and backend system setup
• Experience with system integrations or AP payments
• Ability to deliver engaging live training sessions
• Familiarity with financial systems, SaaS platforms, or CRM tools
