Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator for their home services business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently guide customers through their project experience from estimate to completion
  • Manage coordination aspects of customer jobs in Salesforce Lightning system
  • Communicate project logistics and schedules with customers, field staff, and paint crews
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous successful experience in a client relationship industry or project management in the home improvement industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team on multiple concurrent projects
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, or other project management software
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with Google Workspace tools, Slack, or other project management software
