Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator to manage sales opportunities and support the sales team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact for logistics across multiple new-logo sales opportunities
- Track and maintain CRM data for active deals to ensure accuracy and transparency
- Produce and deliver polished proposals while coordinating with internal teams for alignment
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a coordinator, project coordinator, or account coordinator role
- Experience supporting a sales or business development team
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot or similar
- Background in professional services, such as agency, consulting, or development firms
- Experience with proposals or contracts, including SOWs and MSAs
