Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator to manage sales opportunities and support the sales team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the central point of contact for logistics across multiple new-logo sales opportunities
  • Track and maintain CRM data for active deals to ensure accuracy and transparency
  • Produce and deliver polished proposals while coordinating with internal teams for alignment
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a coordinator, project coordinator, or account coordinator role
  • Experience supporting a sales or business development team
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot or similar
  • Background in professional services, such as agency, consulting, or development firms
  • Experience with proposals or contracts, including SOWs and MSAs
