Job Summary
To support a dedicated team, the full-time remote Account Coordinator will manage and process accounts, support customer inquiries, and initiate outbound communications while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and process accounts within the internal queue to meet service level agreements
- Support inbound inquiries from internal and external customers
- Initiate outbound calls to customers and recovery vendors while partnering across departments
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, finance, or the automotive industry
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Ability to manage accounts effectively and provide exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in using computer systems and Google Workspace applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
