Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks on research cases and compile weekly reports for Leadership
- Analyze data trends and insights to support account health assessment
- Assist with account documentation in Salesforce and prepare data slides for reviews
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in call center or customer support
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of primary software applications
