Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality checks on research cases and compile weekly reports for Leadership
  • Analyze data trends and insights to support account health assessment
  • Assist with account documentation in Salesforce and prepare data slides for reviews

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in call center or customer support
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of primary software applications
