Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator for the Customer Success Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of Customer Success documents and maintain communication with Account Teams on deliverables
  • Participate in and document Client meetings, ensuring timely resolution of Client questions and needs
  • Develop knowledge of the automotive industry and support the Account Management team with additional tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • A minimum of 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in Automotive Agency or Customer Service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and highly organized
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and flexibility under pressure
