Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator (Mountain Time Zone).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to Plan Sponsors through various communication channels, prioritizing urgent issues
- Develop and document scalable processes for ticket handling and knowledge sharing to enhance operational efficiency
- Identify trends and share insights with cross-functional teams to improve products and customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in Payroll, Employee Benefits, or HR Tech
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Interest in financial services and staying updated with industry trends
- Strong understanding of technology and experience with customer experience platforms
- Experience in communicating customer feedback to improve internal processes and systems
