Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in organizing client deliverables and tracking next steps
- Assist in project coordination by tracking timelines and sending reminders for tasks
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and specialists
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in account coordination, marketing, project management, or related fields
- Previous remote work experience with the ability to work 6 hours overlap in the 9-5 PST
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Interest in digital marketing and a desire for professional growth in the industry
- Familiarity with social media platforms and project management tools is a bonus
