  • Support Account Managers in organizing client deliverables and tracking project timelines
  • Assist in client communication, note-taking during calls, and preparation of meeting materials
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain clear communication among internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in account coordination, marketing, project management, or related fields
  • Previous remote work experience with the ability to work 6 hours overlap in the 9-5 PST
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Interest in digital marketing and a desire to grow in the industry
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and project management tools is a bonus
