Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator, ISCC Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients, affiliates, and partners by responding promptly to their questions and requests
- Provide program support in the preparation of Initial and Renewal Work Orders and assist with client invoicing and certification packet release
- Coordinate with technical staff to ensure timely service delivery and maintain compliance with quality management systems
Required Qualifications
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree in a related field or 3+ years of professional experience in business administration
- Experience in project or program coordination, client interface, and data entry
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using database systems and remote communication applications
