Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator to support and build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clients with exceptional customer experience and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Manage day-to-day service delivery in collaboration with internal teams
- Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in an account management or customer service supporting role
- Ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders effectively
- Experience with MS Excel data analysis tools preferred but not required
- Experience with MS Suite of tools preferred but not required
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies is a plus
