Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator to support and build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clients with exceptional customer experience and ensure timely delivery of solutions
  • Manage day-to-day service delivery in collaboration with internal teams
  • Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an account management or customer service supporting role
  • Ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders effectively
  • Experience with MS Excel data analysis tools preferred but not required
  • Experience with MS Suite of tools preferred but not required
  • Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies is a plus
