• Manage urgent morning-of requests and educator placements
• Build relationships with schools and educators to enhance partnerships
• Guide newly onboarded educators through their journey and provide ongoing support

• Ability to make decisions quickly with minimal direction
• Experience in analyzing data and providing actionable insights
• Strong relationship-building skills with various stakeholders
• Experience in sales, partnerships, account management, recruitment, or education is a plus
• A positive, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude with a passion for education
