Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator for the Customer Success Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of account management processes and integrated strategies
  • Assist in preparing Customer Success documents and participate in client meetings
  • Maintain communication with Account Teams regarding deliverables and assist in resolving client inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in automotive agency or customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
