Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator for the Customer Success Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge of account management processes and integrated strategies
- Assist in preparing Customer Success documents and participate in client meetings
- Maintain communication with Account Teams regarding deliverables and assist in resolving client inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in automotive agency or customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
