Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator for the Customer Success Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attain working knowledge of account management processes and proprietary technology
  • Assist with preparation of Customer Success documents and participate in client meetings
  • Maintain communication with account teams on deliverables and assist with resolving client needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • A minimum of 0-2 years' professional experience, preferably in automotive marketing or customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
