Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator for the Customer Success Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Attain working knowledge of account management processes and proprietary technology
- Assist in preparing Customer Success documents and maintaining communication with Account Teams
- Support the resolution of client inquiries and maintain knowledge of compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- A minimum of 0-2 years' professional experience, preferably in automotive marketing or customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to take ownership of projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment
