Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator to support client accounts and ensure timely deliverables in a remote, entry-level position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation of Customer Success documents and maintain communication with Account Teams on deliverables' status
  • Participate in Client meetings, document discussions, and resolve Client questions and needs in a timely manner
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of compliance requirements and support the Account Management team with additional tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • A minimum of 0-2 years' professional experience, preferably in an agency or automotive environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and highly organized
  • Must be flexible in a fast-paced environment and able to maintain focus under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively take ownership of projects
