Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator to support client accounts and ensure timely deliverables in a remote, entry-level position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of Customer Success documents and maintain communication with Account Teams on deliverables' status
- Participate in Client meetings, document discussions, and resolve Client questions and needs in a timely manner
- Learn and maintain knowledge of compliance requirements and support the Account Management team with additional tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- A minimum of 0-2 years' professional experience, preferably in an agency or automotive environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and highly organized
- Must be flexible in a fast-paced environment and able to maintain focus under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to proactively take ownership of projects
