Job Summary

A company is looking for an EVV & Assessment Services - Account Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and educate callers on AssuriCare's services through inbound calls
• Gather information and complete accurate data entry for caller requests
• Deliver outstanding customer service while complying with performance standards and policies

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Must pass background screening and drug test
• Ability to provide a dedicated remote work location and reliable internet connection
