Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage marketing project workflows using the corporate Asana platform, including project setup and deadline management
- Oversee agent marketing activities to ensure projects are completed according to standards and timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of expectations
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Account Coordination or Marketing Communications in a relevant industry
- Experience using task management systems such as Asana or Jira
- Strong technical proficiency across digital platforms
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate terminology or willingness to learn
