Job Summary

- Support Account Managers with client deliverables, communication, and meeting preparation
- Track project timelines, send reminders, and ensure resources are shared before tasks begin
- Facilitate collaboration between departments and maintain clear communication with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in account coordination, marketing, project management, or related fields
- Previous remote work experience and ability to work 6 hours overlap in the 9-5 PST
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Interest in digital marketing and desire to grow in the industry
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools such as Teamwork, Notion, and Google Suite is a plus
