Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator to support the PBA account teams and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation and client management teams with day-to-day client requirements
- Manage and execute all client benefit requests accurately and timely
- Analyze client requests and collaborate with teams to complete required documentation
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
- 1+ years of experience in PBM, health plan, or benefits consulting
- Proven ability to build trusting relationships and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with structured and unstructured data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SQL knowledge is a bonus
