Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator to support the PBA account teams and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support implementation and client management teams with day-to-day client requirements
  • Manage and execute all client benefit requests accurately and timely
  • Analyze client requests and collaborate with teams to complete required documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
  • 1+ years of experience in PBM, health plan, or benefits consulting
  • Proven ability to build trusting relationships and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience with structured and unstructured data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SQL knowledge is a bonus
