Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator to support business growth and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document, communicate, and monitor timelines for renewal and new sale implementations
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of producer and employer group data submissions
  • Maintain sales systems and assist with troubleshooting for external sales systems
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or two years of relevant work experience
  • Two years of sales and/or customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant products, operations, and policies
  • Experience with CRM applications is helpful but not required
