Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator to support business growth and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Document, communicate, and monitor timelines for renewal and new sale implementations
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of producer and employer group data submissions
- Maintain sales systems and assist with troubleshooting for external sales systems
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or two years of relevant work experience
- Two years of sales and/or customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of relevant products, operations, and policies
- Experience with CRM applications is helpful but not required
