Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Account Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and input client orders into the internal project management system
- Maintain production schedules and liaise with internal operations teams to meet deadlines
- Provide daily updates on project statuses and communicate customer feedback to the Account Management team
Essential Qualifications / Competencies
- Experience with MS Office 365 suite of tools
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Experience with Smartsheets is a plus
- Ability to prioritize based on immediate needs and changing production schedules
- Organizational and time-management skills
