Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Account Management Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and input client orders into the internal project management system
  • Maintain production schedules and liaise with internal operations teams to meet deadlines
  • Provide daily updates on project statuses and communicate customer feedback to the Account Management team
Essential Qualifications / Competencies
  • Experience with MS Office 365 suite of tools
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with Smartsheets is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize based on immediate needs and changing production schedules
  • Organizational and time-management skills
