Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator for the Customer Success Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop knowledge of account management processes and integrated strategies
  • Assist in preparing Customer Success documents and maintain communication with Account Teams
  • Support the resolution of Client questions and organize deliverables to meet campaign goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • A minimum of 0-2 years' professional experience
  • Preferred experience in Automotive Agency, In-House Marketing, or Customer Service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be organized, task-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
