Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator for the Customer Success Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of Customer Success documents and maintain communication with Account Teams on deliverables
- Participate in and document Client meeting discussions, while resolving Client questions and needs in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of the automotive industry and support Account Management team with additional tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- A minimum of 0-2 years' professional experience, preferably in Automotive Agency or Customer Service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and highly organized
- Ability to establish priorities and objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Must demonstrate proactive ownership of projects and critical thinking skills
