Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator for the Customer Success Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation of Customer Success documents and maintain communication with Account Teams on deliverables
  • Participate in and document Client meeting discussions, while resolving Client questions and needs in a timely manner
  • Maintain knowledge of the automotive industry and support Account Management team with additional tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • A minimum of 0-2 years' professional experience, preferably in Automotive Agency or Customer Service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and highly organized
  • Ability to establish priorities and objectives in a fast-paced environment
  • Must demonstrate proactive ownership of projects and critical thinking skills
