Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator for the Customer Success Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of Customer Success documents and maintain communication with Account Teams
- Participate in and document Client meetings, ensuring timely resolution of Client questions and needs
- Maintain knowledge of Clients' goals and compliance requirements, supporting the Account Management team as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- A minimum of 0-2 years' professional experience, preferably in automotive marketing or customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
