Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator to support the Customer Success Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop knowledge of account management processes and integrated strategies
- Assist in preparing Customer Success documents and maintaining communication with Account Teams
- Support the resolution of Client questions and needs while documenting Client meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in Automotive Agency or Customer Service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
