Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator to support the Customer Success Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of account management processes and integrated strategies
  • Assist in preparing Customer Success documents and participate in Client meetings
  • Maintain communication with Account Teams regarding deliverables and resolve Client inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in automotive marketing or customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
