Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator to support the Customer Success Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge of account management processes and integrated strategies
- Assist in preparing Customer Success documents and participate in Client meetings
- Maintain communication with Account Teams regarding deliverables and resolve Client inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in automotive marketing or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
