Job Summary

Detail-driven and proactive, the full-time remote Account Coordinator will support high-impact digital marketing campaigns by managing project timelines, organizing client deliverables, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities:
  • Track projects, manage timelines, and organize client deliverables
  • Take clear, actionable notes during client and internal meetings
  • Assist with campaign pacing and retainer tracking while communicating updates to clients
Required qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a digital agency or performance marketing setting
  • Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a digital marketing career
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote environment
