Job Summary
Supporting the account management team, the full-time Account Coordinator will assist with client and member inquiries, project tasks, and documentation while contributing to team goals, with the option for remote work within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Assist account management and member advocate teams with research, resolution, and reconciliation of member and client issues
- Support projects by gathering client data, running utilization reports, and updating documentation
- Serve as a backup for the member advocate team during high call volumes and represent the company at client events
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated desire to learn and share knowledge within the team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks independently and collaboratively
