Job Summary
To support a growing education technology company, the full-time remote Account Coordinator will manage urgent requests and absence backfills, build relationships with school partners and educators, and drive territory strategy to ensure optimal classroom coverage.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for urgent morning-of requests and manage the process of finding coverage for educator absences
- Proactively cultivate relationships with school partners and educators to drive growth and operational excellence
- Lead territory strategy discussions, leveraging data to anticipate demand and implement impactful changes
Required qualifications
- Experience in sales, partnerships, account management, recruitment, or education is a plus
- A passion for the education sector and a desire to create positive social impact
