Job Summary
Supporting client accounts in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Account Coordinator will manage client communications, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure seamless execution of deliverables while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Client Account Management: Work with the team to manage client communications and deliverables, ensuring expectations are met
- Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to achieve client objectives and contribute to team goals
- Project Management: Monitor estimates and timelines to align with client expectations and manage important client communications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and especially MS Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail
