Job Summary
Monitoring client accounts and processing updates, the full-time remote Account Coordinator on the Queue Team will manage client holds and closures while ensuring excellent customer service and communication with agents.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and process client holds and closures, coordinating updates with active agents
- Maintain high levels of customer service and provide support to both internal and external customers
- Identify issues, facilitate solutions, and follow up to confirm resolution while ensuring accuracy and productivity in daily activities
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous customer service, recovery, collections, or remarketing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with various computer systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Commitment to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
