Job Summary
Monitoring client accounts and processing updates, the full-time remote Account Coordinator on the Queue Team will manage client holds and closures, coordinate with agents, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and process client holds and closures
- Coordinate new client updates with active agents
- Identify issues, facilitate solutions, and ensure follow-up for resolution
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service, recovery, collections, or remarketing preferred
- Proficient in Google products and competent office skills required
- Ability to implement and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Commitment to professional excellence and teamwork
