Job Summary

Monitoring client accounts and processing updates, the full-time remote Account Coordinator on the Queue Team will manage client holds and closures, coordinate with agents, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities:
  • Monitor and process client holds and closures
  • Coordinate new client updates with active agents
  • Identify issues, facilitate solutions, and ensure follow-up for resolution
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service, recovery, collections, or remarketing preferred
  • Proficient in Google products and competent office skills required
  • Ability to implement and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Commitment to professional excellence and teamwork
