Job Summary
Supporting the PBA account teams, the remote Account Coordinator will manage day-to-day client requirements, execute benefit requests, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Assist implementation and client management teams with daily client needs
- Manage and execute client benefit requests, including changes and new implementations
- Analyze client requests and coordinate with teams to ensure accurate plan documentation
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
- 1+ years of experience in PBM, health plan, or benefits consulting
- Proven ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with structured and unstructured data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SQL knowledge is a bonus
