Job Summary

Supporting campaign execution and client relations, the full-time remote Account Coordinator will assist in client reporting, campaign setups, and day-to-day interactions with Account Managers to enhance clients' advertising efforts.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in pulling platform data and preparing reports for clients and internal teams, including campaign analysis
  • Manage client relations as a day-to-day point of contact, ensuring client goals are met
  • Create and execute operational processes to improve efficiency and support client and ad operations teams
Required qualifications
  • Demonstrated interest in digital media in a personal or professional environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
  • Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
