Job Summary

To support campaign execution and client relations, the full-time remote Account Coordinator will assist Account Managers in building client reporting, executing campaign setups, and managing day-to-day client interactions.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in pulling platform data and preparing reports for clients and internal teams, including campaign analysis across various advertising platforms
  • Manage client relations by serving as a day-to-day point of contact and ensuring client goals are met through proactive management
  • Create and execute operational processes focused on efficiency and continuous improvement for client and ad operations teams
Required qualifications
  • Demonstrated interest in digital media in a personal or professional environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
  • Ability to learn and work with new technology effectively
  • Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrable analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
