Job Summary

Supporting campaign execution and client relations, the full-time remote Account Coordinator will assist in building client reports, executing campaign setups, and managing day-to-day client interactions while ensuring client goals are met through proactive management and optimization.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist in pulling platform data and preparing reports for clients and internal teams
  • Manage and support clients as a day-to-day point of contact
  • Create and execute operations processes focusing on efficiency and continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
  • Demonstrated interest in digital media in a personal or professional environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
  • Ability to learn and work with new technology
  • Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
