Job Summary
Supporting campaign execution and client relations, the full-time remote Account Coordinator will assist in building client reports, executing campaign setups, and managing day-to-day client interactions while ensuring client goals are met through proactive management and optimization.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in pulling platform data and preparing reports for clients and internal teams
- Manage and support clients as a day-to-day point of contact
- Create and execute operations processes focusing on efficiency and continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
- Demonstrated interest in digital media in a personal or professional environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
- Ability to learn and work with new technology
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
