Job Summary
Supporting a portfolio of affiliate and API-integrated demand partners, the full-time remote Account Coordinator will manage onboarding, campaign monitoring, and partner communications while ensuring efficient campaign operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of affiliate and API-integrated demand partners, serving as their primary day-to-day point of contact
- Support the onboarding of new partners and coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate integrations
- Monitor live campaigns, flag performance anomalies, and assist partners with technical questions related to API documentation and tracking setup
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, partner support, or digital advertising operations, preferably in AdTech or affiliate marketing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working with campaign data and performance metrics, with the ability to summarize findings clearly
- Collaborative team player, able to work across product, operations, and technical teams
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting
