Job Summary
To support a growing account management team, the full-time remote Account Coordinator will build and maintain client relationships, identify new opportunities within key accounts, and serve as a primary point of contact for clients while coordinating project details.
Key responsibilities
- Work alongside Account Managers to exceed client goals and enhance relationships
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and aid in expanding the company's footprint
- Maintain communication with clients, manage project plans, and coordinate with internal resources for project execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 0-2 years of experience; experience in the promotional products industry is a plus
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and learning new software tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
