Job Summary
To drive relationships with hyperscale clients, the full-time Account Coordinator will manage financial reporting, billing, and operational excellence while working remotely within the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reporting packages and assist in variance analysis on revenue and costs
- Manage billing processes, including invoicing and accounts receivable collection
- Oversee timesheet validation and expense management to ensure accurate labor tracking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in account coordination, finance operations, billing, or a similar role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
- Experience with ERP or financial systems (Intacct, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workflows and competing deadlines
