Job Summary

To drive relationships with hyperscale clients, the full-time Account Coordinator will manage financial reporting, billing, and operational excellence while working remotely within the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial reporting packages and assist in variance analysis on revenue and costs
  • Manage billing processes, including invoicing and accounts receivable collection
  • Oversee timesheet validation and expense management to ensure accurate labor tracking
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in account coordination, finance operations, billing, or a similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
  • Experience with ERP or financial systems (Intacct, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workflows and competing deadlines
