Job Summary
Supporting the publisher relations team, the full-time Account Coordinator will assist account managers in coordinating promotional campaigns for major publishing partners while working in a hybrid environment based in Massachusetts.
Key responsibilities
- Assist account managers in submitting, scheduling, and coordinating publisher promotions
- Collaborate with editorial, production, and product teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Prepare reports, presentations, and pitches for client meetings by conducting necessary research and analysis
Required qualifications
- Interest in business strategy and the book/publishing industry, particularly its digital transition
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to new organizational systems
