Job Summary

To support the Customer Success Team, the full-time salaried Account Coordinator will manage client communications, assist with deliverables, and develop a strong understanding of the automotive industry while working remotely within the Continental U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Attain knowledge of account management processes and assist in preparing Customer Success documents
  • Participate in client meetings and maintain communication with account teams regarding deliverables
  • Support the Account Management team with additional tasks and proactively address client needs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in an automotive agency or customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally
